Moroni Angel

The Angel Moroni is an angel was the one Joseph Smith Jr. claimed to have visited him on a number of instances.  This angels is known as the guardian of the golden plates, which is said to be the source of the material for the Book of Mormon.

Moroni is also commonly identified by Latter-day Saints as the angel mentioned in Revelation 14:6, “having the everlasting gospel to preach unto them that dwell on the earth, and to every nation, and kindred, and tongue, and people.”

Though this would be a very beautiful Christmas tree topper, the demand for such a thing is just not there.

Moroni is commonly shown as a golden statue blowing a gold horn.  This is trumpet is portrayed because of an interpretation of the prophecy of John the Revelator.  It’s said that he saw an angel heralding the return of the everlasting gospel to the earth in the last days.

Such a beautiful sight, it’s a shame it’s so rare to find a Xmas tree topper for such a thing.  I bet many families would love to have this type of statue on there Christmas tree this winter season.

But many families have turns to the Victorian type angels that light up and move, more of a Christmas holiday theme.  This website has a complete list of many of those types of angels for your to choose from.

Conveniently, You can click HERE for a listing of Moroni Angels that are listed on Amazon for you.  I would do it fast, since this type of item does not keep stock for very long.

Regardless of what type of angel you choose, I hope you have a wonderful holiday season and a happy New Year’s!
